SureStay Plus Presque Isle Erie

This was a great stay! We had to extend our stay for a few days do to a family emergency. Front desk was most accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. The staff at this hotel is amazing.....from the front desk personnel to the maintenence manager to the housekeeper. Made us feel at home. Nice continental breakfast with coffee and tea available all day. I wish it was available beyond 9am. We experienced NONE of the issues noted in previous reviews. We had a fridge/freezer, room darkening shades, etc.. The hotel is conveniently located to just about everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and spacious. Great price for the accommodations. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. King room had a sofa chair as well as a long bench seat which doubled as luggage placement. Curtains blacked out the room well. There are blackout curtains behind the sheers as well as two fixed, decorative panels at the front. Our smoke-free room on the first floor smelled mildly musty but after running the AC a while, we didn’t notice it anymore. Bathroom is spacious. Shower head offered different modes. Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. Check in was fast and employees very friendly. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Great value for thThis is a former Comfort Inn. The person checking us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and everything worked as it should. The bed was nice and not worn out. We didn't wake up early enough to check the breakfast out, but I'm sure it would be fine. Overall it was a very good value and we would definitely stay here again.

My room was huge and plenty large enough for me. The king sized bed was comfy and the pillows were great. Plenty of parking and well maintained. The room was very clean. My only issue was that there isn’t a fan in the bathroom, but that’s really only a minor inconvenience. I enjoyed the free breakfast. Basic but nice selection of juice and they had microwaveable sandwiches if you wanted some heft. I would definitely stay here again

Sure stay plus by best western is a great place to stay. The staffs were so kind. The property was well maintained, the heated pool behind the hotel is a great place to relax. They could improve the breakfast menu a little bit and do refills if anything runs out. Worth for the price, the room is so good with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well maintained, clean and spacious.

I do a lot of business travel and some travel for sports tournaments. I'm not too picky when it comes to hotel rooms. Is it clean? Does everything work? Does it look nice and is it comfortable? Do i get a good nights sleep? I had the opportunity to stay here around Thanksgiving 2022. I'd never heard of the brand before. The property itself was clean, nice looking from the outside and when you enter, it's a nice place inside too. The rooms I stayed in were big, the heat worked, the bathrooms clean and the bed comfortable! It was a couple of nice days of rest while there. The staff on the days and nights I was there were amazing. Genuinely nice people and friendly and helpful. This added to the entire experience of being there.

Fantastic experience -- especially for the price! The room was as advertised: clean and arranged as in the photos. Breakfast was more than continental with the addition of fruit, mini-Eggo waffles, and a choice of sausage/egg/cheese bagels or biscuits. The front desk staff were very helpful with our family checking in rather late at night (early in the morning?) at 1:30am. They were also able to quickly resolve a billing issue. The only concerns we had were relatively minor: the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which meant the mirror fogged up and housecleaning did not replace our used towels. Since the stay was 2 nights, we had expected service. Still, what had been originally provided was enough.
